I'm a senior UX designer with over 10 years of experience in complex digital products; 7 of them focused on user research and experience design in B2B and institutional contexts.
I've led digital transformation projects for organizations like the Inter-American Development Bank: from designing the digital governance model of the operational cycle, to complex financial platforms, always with multicultural teams distributed across several countries.
